The brief
A new product with no category language, easy to mistake for luggage. The brand had to explain its value to parents without sounding clinical or sad.

- Features led, the feeling was missing
- A sensitive subject that could easily sound sad
- Parents decide, but grandparents and therapists influence
The foundation
From a bag to a sense of home.

Organization, then consistency, independence, confidence and belonging.
Big idea
Belonging bridges the gap between homes.
Where it shows up
One foundation, every surface.
What changed
The outcome.
A product story became a brand story. Real families and licensed therapists tell it in their own words in the video series, and belonging.me guides parents from recognition to understanding how the Life Locker fits their routine.
